Built on three levels, following the incline of the cliff, this elegant and sophisticated beachfront home has six bedrooms, including 3 master suites and two beautiful pools, one at shore level and a second overflow pool on the main residential level. With its clean architectural lines and pristine white walls, reminiscent of the Mediterranean or the Aegean, villa L'Oasis offers oceanfront living at its best, with the sun and surf of a world-class beach, endless water vistas, and elegant and comfortable interiors.
Lush tropical vegetation greets you at the main entrance inviting you into a domed reception area and through large double doors to the grand living area. Large glass doors and luminous white interiors frame the stunning ocean view. The high ceilings and natural stone floors create a cool and refreshing contrast to the tropical climate. Although the living area makes the most of the cooling ocean breezes, the entire room also benefits from air-conditioning if desired. The decor is an eclectic mix of traditional Caribbean with contemporary detail and offers comfortable lounge areas, a large indoor dining table with seating for 10, and an adjoining media room with a widescreen TV, surround sound, and plush seating. There is wifi throughout the property both inside and outside.
Stepping through the glass doors that line the entire front of the living room, a large covered terrace offers a further dining area for 12 and a beautiful ocean backdrop. Large blinds are provided for extra shade or in case of inclement weather. Adjacent to both of the dining areas via an archway from the living room is a spacious and well-equipped gourmet kitchen. Large windows offer a beautiful view of the ocean from this light-filled space with bright white cabinets and quartz countertops and professional-grade appliances.
From the living area and covered dining terrace, a stone staircase leads down to the main terrace level with its beautiful asymmetrical pool and diamond-shaped sun deck projecting off the cliff like the prow of a large ship. The ocean view from the deck is truly breathtaking and there is plenty of space for sun lounging and comfortable shaded areas for the hot afternoons. The pool is serviced from a second air-conditioned kitchen area.
Descending from the pool terrace, stone steps lead down to the white sandy beach with the second beach-level pool, shaded gazebo, seating area, in-built daybeds within the pool with ultra-comfortable loungers and parasols furnishing the shoreline.
Further amenities include a luxurious spa with steam room, massage and manicure tables, a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, elliptical and free weights, and an outdoor hot-tub.
Of the six bedrooms, all have ocean views and en-suite bathrooms, and three are considered master suites. Suite one is situated on the upper level and has its own private sun terrace and luxurious bathroom overlooking the ocean, equipped with a hydro tub and large open shower. Suite two on the same level as the pool also has a private terrace and a sumptuous bathroom with a circular bathtub and fabulous cliff-edge double shower with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. Suite three, also at the pool level, has a lovely four-poster bed and arched glass doors overlooking the ocean and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large rain shower and double vanities. Each of the six bedrooms is equipped with a king-size bed, ample closet space, a TV, a safe, and wifi.

L'Oasis certainly measured up to our standards re its accommodations and amenities. It was a beautiful villa with outstanding views of the ocean from multiple areas of the property. Doing my initial review of villas, I researched those having equal size bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and other similar features. We were very pleased that each bedroom, with their indoor/outdoor showers, met our expectations. I might add they were very similar to previous villa accommodations at other Caribbean Island resorts we have had the pleasure to vacation. Other amenities such as the two pools, gym, steam room, etc. were great amenities that added to our total enjoyment of L\'Oasis.

The Villa was absolutely perfect. We took full advantage of everything it had to offer -- the pools, the massage room, the gym, the beach, the media room etc etc. The staff at the Villa were friendly and professional. They went above and beyond our expectations.

Cancellation Policy
Twenty-five percent of the rent is due within 7 days of the Property Rental Agreement issue date to confirm the reservation. Failure to make this payment subjects the reservation to automatic cancellation without notice. The balance due of rent, Government Tax, and any additional fees must be paid in full at least 90 days prior to the date of arrival. There is a 10% tax and service fee on top of the gross rate. Payment can be made by certified check (payable to St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty), by credit card (Visa / MasterCard only), and by wire. Only ONE credit card will be accepted from a rental party for property payment. For credit card payments there is a 2% credit card fee. Wire payment fees are to be covered by the renter.
All cancellations and any request for changes to the renter's reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made IN WRITING and sent by email.
High and Low Season Cancellation policy:
* ●  If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 25 percent of the total rent will be retained by St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty as full liquidated damages. 

* ●  If the renter cancels 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty will retain 50 percent of the total gross rent as full liquidated damages. 

* ●  If the renter cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty will retain 100 percent of the total rent as full liquidated damages. 
Holiday bookings have their own payment and cancellation policies (Holiday season is during the two weeks of Christmas and New Years): 

● Full payment is due 90 days before arrival date
Holiday Cancellation Policy:
* ●  If the renter cancels more than 90 days prior to the arrival date, St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty retains 50% of the gross rental fee 

* ●  If the Renter cancels less than 90 days prior to the arrival date, St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty retains 100% of the gross rental fee. 
In rare cases, the property owner at his or her discretion may allow renters to rebook at a later date, without penalty to the renter. We highly recommend travel insurance! 
Payment should be sent in on time to avoid cancellation of the reservation. If it is necessary to change or cancel any portion of the services that have already been booked, please notify St. Martin Sotheby's International Realty IN WRITING (by email). No-shows, late arrivals, a reduction in the number of guests after the arrival and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted unless there is a serious problem which cannot be remedied within 24 hours, and/or which causes the Guest(s) extreme, undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their property without notifying St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty agree they have no right to compensation.

Force Majeure
The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, government authority, disaster or other emergencies, any of which make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or services for the property rental. It is provided that this Agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability.
In rare cases, the property owner at his or her discretion may allow renters to rebook at a later date, without penalty to the renter. We highly recommend travel insurance!
