Bahari is a 3 bedroom property that has been designed to offer two floors of amazing indoor and outdoor living space. The ground floor leads to the pool which is directly facing the Caribbean ocean. The pool features a lounge and bar perfect for a relaxing day at the villa. The second floor is covered which is the ideal spot to enjoy the view and sea breeze of the ocean. There is also a hot tub located on the terrace.

As you walk through the entrance of Bahari you will come to an open floor layout that includes a large sofa, a dining table, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The marble countertops and modern appliances will make it a delight to prepare a meal. The first floor also has an office, a media area, and laundry room.

The first bedroom is on the lower level, which gives to the terrace and the pool. The remaining suites are upstairs and each have a king bed, private ensuite bathrooms and private terraces.

Apolline, the concierge, was so accommodating and had everything perfect for our arrival on Christmas day. The property was exactly as represented to us. Our family walked in and it immediately felt like home. The concierge helped us by having a 5 star meal delivered to our villa so we could unpack, eat and enjoy watching the sunset on our first day. Dany's bar next to the villa was fun to interact with the locals and the beaches are absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't imagine a better place on the island to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves crash on the gorgeous national rock formations on the shore. Outside our villa seemed to be the spot to watch the sunset as people came to sit on the beach every evening to watch the vibrant colors the sun painted across the sky. The island offered activities to satisfy all family members including hiking, boating, jet skiing, our little foodies, wild life, zip-lines, dancing, shopping, fireworks and epic sunsets.

Tax & Service - 10.00%
Cancellation Policy
Twenty-five percent of the rent is due within 7 days of the Property Rental Agreement issue date to confirm the reservation. Failure to make this payment subjects the reservation to automatic cancellation without notice. The balance due of rent, Government Tax, and any additional fees must be paid in full at least 90 days prior to the date of arrival. There is a 10% tax and service fee on top of the gross rate. Payment can be made by certified check (payable to St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty), by credit card (Visa / MasterCard only), and by wire. Only ONE credit card will be accepted from a rental party for property payment. For credit card payments there is a 2% credit card fee. Wire payment fees are to be covered by the renter.
All cancellations and any request for changes to the renter's reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made IN WRITING and sent by email.
High and Low Season Cancellation policy:
* ●  If the renter cancels more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, 25 percent of the total rent will be retained by St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty as full liquidated damages. 

* ●  If the renter cancels 60 to 30 days prior to the arrival date, St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty will retain 50 percent of the total gross rent as full liquidated damages. 

* ●  If the renter cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty will retain 100 percent of the total rent as full liquidated damages. 
Holiday bookings have their own payment and cancellation policies (Holiday season is during the two weeks of Christmas and New Years): 

● Full payment is due 90 days before arrival date
Holiday Cancellation Policy:
* ●  If the renter cancels more than 90 days prior to the arrival date, St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty retains 50% of the gross rental fee 

* ●  If the Renter cancels less than 90 days prior to the arrival date, St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty retains 100% of the gross rental fee. 
In rare cases, the property owner at his or her discretion may allow renters to rebook at a later date, without penalty to the renter. We highly recommend travel insurance! 
Payment should be sent in on time to avoid cancellation of the reservation. If it is necessary to change or cancel any portion of the services that have already been booked, please notify St. Martin Sotheby's International Realty IN WRITING (by email). No-shows, late arrivals, a reduction in the number of guests after the arrival and early departures after arrival are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted unless there is a serious problem which cannot be remedied within 24 hours, and/or which causes the Guest(s) extreme, undue discomfort or serious inconvenience. Guests who abandon their property without notifying St. Martin Sotheby’s International Realty agree they have no right to compensation.

Force Majeure
The performance of this Agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, government authority, disaster or other emergencies, any of which make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or services for the property rental. It is provided that this Agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability.
In rare cases, the property owner at his or her discretion may allow renters to rebook at a later date, without penalty to the renter. We highly recommend travel insurance!
